This policy explains how we deliver digital products purchased from this website and the circumstances in which a refund may be issued. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
What You Are Buying
Products sold on this site are digital publications delivered as downloadable PDF files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, you are returned to a confirmation page containing a secure, time-limited download link. The link is valid for one hour from the time of purchase.
If your download link expires before you use it, if the download fails, or if you do not reach the confirmation page after paying, contact us at dennis@panhandleinv.com with your purchase email and we will issue a fresh link. There is no charge for a replacement link.
Refunds
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply once the download has occurred.
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You were charged but never received access to the file, and we are unable to deliver it to you
- The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot supply a working replacement
- The purchase was made without your authorization
We do not generally issue refunds because the content did not meet a purchaser's expectations. The product page describes the contents and chapter list in detail before purchase, and we encourage you to read it carefully. That said, if you believe you have a fair reason for a refund, write to us and explain the circumstances — we would rather resolve a complaint directly than have you dispute the charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email dennis@panhandleinv.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Funds typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once refunded, your license to use the product ends and you must delete any copies you hold.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always resolve delivery issues immediately, and a direct request is faster than a chargeback.
Investigative Services
This policy applies only to digital products purchased through this website. Fees, retainers, and refund terms for investigative services are governed by the individual written engagement agreement for that matter.
