Panhandle Investigative Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us about investigative services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
A note on confidentiality. Information you send us about a potential case is held in confidence. However, submitting an inquiry through this website does not by itself create an investigator-client relationship, and information sent before an engagement is agreed is not protected by any privilege. Please do not send highly sensitive details until we have confirmed an engagement.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, the type of service you are interested in, the urgency of your matter, and any details you choose to include in the message field.
Purchase Information
When you purchase a digital product, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, receive, or store your card number, CVC, or billing credentials. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the email address associated with your purchase, which we use to deliver your download and to respond to support requests. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information Collected Automatically
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Our web server also keeps standard access logs.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether we can assist with your matter
- To provide investigative services under an agreed engagement
- To deliver digital products you have purchased and provide related support
- To maintain records required by Florida law and by our professional license
- To understand site usage and improve our website
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, and web host — each only to the extent needed to perform their function
- When required by law, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request, or where disclosure is necessary to comply with Chapter 493, Florida Statutes
- To protect rights and safety, where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or to protect our legal rights
Data Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and case records for the period required by Florida licensing regulations and our professional obligations. You may request deletion of an inquiry that did not lead to an engagement by contacting us.
Data Security
This site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe on their own systems. We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so will not prevent you from using this site. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
